Bon Chiens (meaning: good dogs)
STYLE: French Farmhouse Ale – This ancient style brew uses a specialty high alcohol champagne hybrid yeast and is a traditional seasonal brew using new season malts.
TASTING NOTES: The beer presents with orange blossom aromas and a full palate of flavours, sweet biscuit, a hint of sour, citrus, umami and mild bitterness. This beer is like vintage champagne and gets better with cellaring.

3 Bolt Pale Ale
STYLE: An easy drinking session ale
TASTING NOTES: Strikes a sessionable balance between hop aromas and flavours of fresh mango, grapefruit, orange peel, passionfruit and complex caramel malt characters.
BREWERY: Green Beacon Brewing Co, Teneriffe
STYLE: Lager (no carb)

STYLE: Making a 3.4% beer takes finesse, keeping it balanced shows the craft of a great brewer.
TASTING NOTES: Pale malt may be the backbone, but it is the Carapils and Carahell that give toasty flavour, malty sweetness, mouthfeel and body to diminish any lightweight preconceptions. Amarillo and Mosaic hops during the whirlpool, as well as dry hopping, give this beer just enough bitterness balanced with, abundant but not overpowering, flavours of citrus, berry, pine and herbs. A beer you can keep coming back to.

STYLE: ABV: 4.6%, IBU: 28 | Amber Ale
DESCRIPTION: “A million sundowns in a glass, revealing a colour similar to the horizon as the sun slowly slips away on a late summers afternoon, consisting of a base only to be described as maltalicous while a whisper of spice reaches out to gently caress your tongue, Ruby is… like, wow!”
TASTING NOTES: Light and clean, strong malt characteristics with elusive hints of spice and grapefruit.

STYLE: ABV: 8.2% | Anti-Imperial Red Ale
TASTING NOTES: “This is a big warming malty ale with a ton of Nelson Sauvin and Citra Hops, not too bitter, not an IPLA, just a big hoppy red ale.”
BREWERY: Fortitude Brewing Co, Eagle Heights
STYLE: 4.6% | 16 IBU | Ale
DESCRIPTION: This pale, easy drinking ale has the added bite of chilli. Made with a closely guarded infusion of Queensland-grown birds-eye chillies.
MATCHING: Mexican and Indian dishes
TASTING NOTES: Straw gold in colour, this chilli ale “has a flavour that grows on you”.
BREWERY:Sunshine Coast Brewery, Sunshine Coast
STYLE: 3.5% Lager
DESCRIPTION: “Best matched with big blue skies, sun-drenched days, good chats and great mates. Mid-strength meets full flavour. Using golden cluster hops that are brewed with the finest ingredients, such as Australian malted barley and their trademark yeast, to give the lager its signature taste. And they never add preservatives. Ever.”
TASTING NOTES: A balanced, smooth flavour and body, complimented by mild bitterness and just a trace of sweetness from the extra malt.
